Following steps explains the procedure to link Aadhaar to LPG gas connection via internet:

Step 1: Visit website https://rasf.uidai.gov.in/ and enter the required information.

Step 2: Select the Benefit Type as “LPG” since you want to link your Aadhaar Card to LPG connection. Then you will have to mention the Scheme Name according to your LPG connection, for example, “BPCL” for Bharat Gas connections and “IOCL” for Indane connections.

Step 3: Select the Distributor name from the given list and enter your LPG consumer number.

Step 4: Enter your mobile number, email address and Aadhaar number before clicking the “Submit” button.

Step 5: Once you click on submit, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number and email ID which needs to be entered and submitted to complete the process.

Step 6: After successful registration of your request, the details provided will be verified by the officers. Once verified, the notification will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.

Submission of Aadhaar-LPG link application to the distributor

To link Aadhar to LPG, the application can be submitted to the distributor through following steps:

Step 1: Subsidy application form can be downloaded from the respective websites of Bharat Gas, HP Gas, Indane or other LPG provider.

Step 2: After taking a print out of the form, enter all the necessary details.

Step 3: Now, visit the nearest LPG distributor office and submit your duly filled application form.

Link Aadhaar-LPG via call centre

Linking of Aadhaar with LPG connection can be done by calling call centre number at 18000-2333-555 and following the instructions provided by the operator.

Link Aadhaar-Gas connection by post

For linking Aadhaar to LPG via post, you will have to download the required form from an official website and fill it in before submitting it along with the required enclosures to the address provided in the form.

LPG service providers has developed an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) to help their customers for linking Aadhaar to their LPG connection. Every district has a different IVRS and customers can obtain the number for their respective district from the list provided by the company.

• For Bharat Gas customers
  The customers of Bharat Gas can link Aadhaar Card to their LPG connection by visiting official website of Bharat Gas – www.ebharatgas.com/pages/Customer_Care/CC_IVRSInfo.html and calling the IVRS number on the website and follow the instructions to complete the process.
• For HP Gas customers
  HP Gas customers can link their Aadhaar Card to LPG connection by visiting official website of HP Gas –  www.hindustanpetroleum.com/hpanytime and calling the IVRS number and follow the instructions provided by the operator to complete the process.
