Alright, let’s get straight to the point and help you start streaming your shows right away.  Connecting Max to your TV is generally quite simple, but occasionally that activation code can be quite frustrating. 

I’ve walked my grandma through this twice. Follow these steps and you’ll be binge-watching in five minutes flat.

• Go to your browser and search Max.com/providers.
• Click on Create an Account or Click on the Sign-up option.
• Enter your details, such as your Email, phone number, or Address.
• Create a password and a unique Username.
• Choose a subscription plan.
• Complete the payment processes.
• Click on the Create an Account button to complete all these processes.

Stuff happens. Don’t freak out. Here’s the deal:

•  “Dude, it says my code is invalid.”
  • Those codes totally have a timer on ’em. They expire. back out and get a new one. Also, make sure you don’t mix up a 0 (zero) with an O (letter).
•  “My login isn’t working!”
  • This is probably on your cable company, not Max.com providers
  • . Try logging into your provider’s actual website on your phone first.
•  “The app is being super glitchy.”
  • Ugh, the worst. The oldest trick in the book: fully restart your TV or streaming stick. Disconnect it, wait for ten seconds, and then reconnect it. If it continues to misbehave, remove the app and reinstall it. It’s akin to starting fresh.
